| About the Space Buckhead Art & Company is an art gallery event space that isn't like any other. The white walls, fine art, and painted concrete floors make the perfect atmosphere. The gallery is located on Buckhead Avenue with walking distance to the finest restaurants and bars in Atlanta. Best used for happy hours, cocktail parties, corporate or small private events not marketed to general public.
$750/hr - 2 hr minimum- Must have OWN insurance Owner Katie Jones, is excited to continue cultivating a creative and welcoming environment for art viewing and acquisitions created by Hutton Snellings. The 4,000 square foot gallery exhibits paintings in an open setting with high ceilings and pristine white walls.
Rules:
The Renter has one hour to set up the event & one hour to clean up the event. The gallery must be in the same condition as when the renter started setting up & the furniture must be moved back into its original place. Events that require more time for breakdown will be charged an additional fee of $150 / hr. All possessions brought in for the event must be removed by the end of the event time. Any items left over will incur a fee of $75 / day. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items not present when the renter occupied the space.
The renter is required to have their own event insurance. Any artwork and or furniture damaged during the event and before/after due to set up & clean-up is held responsible to the renter. In the event that the renters do not respect or follow agreed upon arrangements Buckhead Art & Company will call security and the event will halt. The Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.
Buckhead Art & Company reserves the right to refuse rental for any events deemed inappropriate for the space or potentially damaging the artwork. Buckhead Art & Company has permission to pre-approve the band or DJ as well as the noise level while the space is rented out. No glitter. |
