On Day One we will set the foundation and give you tools, resources, and processes to find and chase down the right leads. We will also learn what to do with the leads once you decide to pursue them. Right from day one we will start learning some of the tricks to streamlining your proposal process and build our Proposal Pantry!

On Day Two, you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about writing winning proposals. From shredding the requirements document to creating a compliant outline and then to actual writing. We will give you strategies to craft the proposal narrative and create efficient response methods while avoiding the dreaded "copy/paste" method to proposal writing.

The two day session is packed with hands-on exercises and discussions. Bring your laptops to experience the full benefit of learning and participation. Our goal is to give you all the tools and techniques to start pursuing and winning more Government business.
